House Rules

1. No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in common areas.

2. Breakfast times

Breakfast is served at set times or by prior arrangement, but no later than 11:00 a.m.

3. Pets

Pets may be accepted upon prior request.

4. Noise

Please avoid making loud noises. After 11:00 p.m. silence is required to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

5. Responsible use of the accommodation

Guests are expected to treat the accommodation with care, respect and cleanliness.

6. Window screens

Mosquito screens must remain down at all times

7. Towels 

Towels are replaced upon request, unless otherwise arranged 

8. Bed linen

Bed linen is replaced upon request, unless otherwise arranged 

9. Bathroom rules

Please do not flush sanitary products, cotton buds or similar items down the toilet. Waste bins are provided for proper disposal.

10. Waste in the toilet

No waste should be thrown into the toilet.

11. Extra cost for sustainability

For extra changes of towels or bed linen, a € 5,- fee per request applies.

12. Pool use 

• Please use the outdoor shower before swimming
• Diving and jumping are not allowed for safety reasons 
• Daily checks are carried out according to pool safety and water-quality standards
• No sharp objects or glass allowed near the pool area
• Towels are available 
• Swimwear is mandatory

13. Reservation payment

Please make your payment within 7 days after booking. Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before arrival. After this period a 20% fee of the reservation amount will be charged.

14. Food and drinks

Snacks and beverages are billed separately and should be settled before departure, either in cash or by card.
